how can i stop my wife in getting ILR or an extension of visa ?
i have uk ancestry visa i got married in india and i brought my wife and she got spouse visa ..its been 4 years that we have been married and Only 3 years we have together ..since then we are separated …not yet divorced ..can she apply for an extension with out my knowledge or can she apply for ILR with out me ..i dint know where she is staying now ?..mine and her visa expire on same date …and about me myself the visa is for 4 years do i have to extend my stay in uk in get ILR after 5 Years ….please assit ….
If you’re separated why do you care whether she can stay or not? Leave her alone and worry about your own application!
