How would you go about getting this?
My father is a british citizen living in America and has a green card.
Can i claim British Ancestry and will it make it easier to become a British Citizen>>?

Basically having dual citizenship means that you are a citizen of two countries. If your father was a citizen of the UK at the time of your birth in the US, then you can claim UK citizenship as well.
