How I can start my family tree?
My grandmother is a great resource … And I am planning to write all I can remember … However, some things are just impossible for her to remember (for example, your mother is one of the 20, yes 20, children and she can not remember all the names / dates.etc). Where I can start looking? I know that many names (however, are common, as Jones) and dates .. but there is a website that doesn't cost a lot? I liked descent, but is very expensive … any ideas?
Sounds like a great start so far, my family and you have won by a few, my family had a 13 and I thought it was great, but holy and * (which is a lot. Yes descent is a likely bet, I would like the old records are stored better in the cities somewhere, someone has to open a website database of free census records the family. Governor census registration sites S * ck. Fill in all information missing can and then use the ancestry or get someone in your family to help with local records around that area. A good idea is that you might want to try to get some family members involved and pay for the site for one year in a joint effort. I've said before that is like a big puzzle, but going to do well. Jones is a bad name, however, very common and a lot of similar views everywhere. I believe that all families in the United States has a side to him Jones somewhere, like mine, although mine is from PA. Let me know if I can be of some help.
