I ordered the kit FamilytreeDNA want $ 103. Thought I would comment here first
I have had both mitochondrial and autosomal done. Is according to what your purpose is. If you are involved in the story family and want to be a match with other family trees to find other ancestors and relatives, proof of their mitochondrial DNA and Y can be a useful tool.
