Ethnicity question??
According to an old family legend, my mother's family are descendants of Pocahontas. I like genealogy, and winter ago, while doing a little research on my family tree on ancestry.com, I found that really relate to Pocahontas.14 generations. So …. my question is, everyone in my family tree since it is white. So …. Does that make me 100% Caucasians or NO? Just wondering … Or does it mean that I am white and Native Americans in my DNA? ALSO …. just curious, but it had a DNA test done …. would show I have a Native American ancestry (although he was 14 the previous generation) or would just register as Caucasian?
