I installed Family Tree Maker and every time I open a duplicate icon appears on my desktop. Please help?
I tried to copy the entire file on a hard disk independent and must have inadvertently requested a copy each time it opens, but do not know how. Please, you have a simple solution.
Try to run the program from the Start – Programs – Family Tree Maker icon. To see if this does the same. If this works, delete the desktop icon and replace it by copying the icon menu of programs to the desktop.
