Semite/African/Arab?
i am born in america, but my ancestry is eirtrean (northern africa, eastern coast, next to egypt, sudan, to the south is ethiopia).
i am from one of the semitic groups in eritrea who speak a similar language to arabic and hebrew. is semite an ethnicity, race, or none of the above???
by looks, we seem to look like darker-skinned arabs, somewhat like northern sudanese arabs and yemenis.

Our language is considered to be Semitic.
Usually when people use the word “Semitic” it’s used to describe Arabs and/or Jews.
However, many researchers/documnents does refer to Eritreans/Ethiopians as Semites.
I hope this helped!
If you need more info, just google it. You’ll get alot of stuff!

It provides instructors who normally choose either a big, brief, or essentials text with scholarly, succinct, and conventionally organized core content; and a magazine format that engages students and motivates active participation in our democracy. All this, and at a price that students prefer. What’s more, AM GOV is the product of serious scholarship: painstaking student and instructor reviews, surveys, and focus groups, as well as and ethnographic research into student study behaviors, preferences, and needs. AM GOV brings serious fun to American Government through its quality, currency, features, and format. Ancestry and Health $100.37 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles Racial and ethnic groups can exhibit substantial average differences in disease incidence, disease severity, disease progression, and response to treatment. In the United States, African Americans have higher rates of mortality than does any other racial or ethnic group for 8 of the top 10 causes of death. U.S. Latinos have higher rates of death from diabetes, liver disease, and infectious diseases than do nonLatinos. Native Americans suffer from higher rates of diabetes, tuberculosis, pneumonia, influenza, and alcoholism than does the rest of the U.S. population. For the monogenic diseases, the frequency of causative alleles usually correlates best with ancestry, whether familial, ethnic, or geographical. To the extent that ancestry corresponds with racial or ethnic groups or subgroups, the incidence of monogenic diseases can differ between groups categorized by race or ethnicity, and healthcare professionals typically take these patterns into account in making diagnoses.
