How hard is it to cancel an Ancestry.com account?
I want to do the trial, but I’ve been googling around and everything I read says that they make it impossible to cancel. Has anyone have used this or heard from someone that has in the past? Thanks!
I have had no problem whatsoever. I did the free trial last year and cancelled about two days before the trial ended, it was cancelled the same day. You should not leave it too late as they can take a day or two to process it.
