Anyone know how to contact Ancestry.com or Ancestry.uk.com?

I have subscribed by credit card to Ancestry.com for three years, but I can never get into the genealogy service even with the password they sent me when I first subscribed. They deduct my subscription against my card every year – but I’ve never been able to use the service. There are pages and pages of Q&A answers but no way of contacting them by e.mail. My subs were increased by £10 this year but I have never had a single communication from them either by e.mail or otherwise. Can anyone help? Is this a scam?
You can access Q&A before you log in. Thanks for the information – I wonder where you got the telephone numbers from?
I’m afraid I was distracted by chemo – and spent a lot of time in and out of hospital. It was easy to forget next time I turned the computer on – and I didn’t know they had renewed by sub until I saw it on my CC Statement!

Toll free numbers:

USA:
1-800-ANCESTRY
Mon thru Fri, 10am to 6pm, closed Sat & Sun

UK:
0800-404-9723
Mon thru Fri, 9 to 7 GMT
Sat, 9 to 5 GMT, closed Sun

Ancestry is not a scam.
You should have cancelled payment in the beginning, thru your credit card, when your password didn’t work.

Just wondering.
How did you access Ancestry Q&A, without a valid password?

P.S.
I keep a log book of all phone numbers and e-mail addresses, including dates of registration/subscriptions, names and passwords, how much I paid or if it’s free, for each site I’m registered on. All received and sent e-mails are printed and filed in a real folder.
I’m not an organization freak, just a old woman, who is relatively new to the Internet.
