How can I work in France?
I have a NZ passport, and a UK ancestry visa, but I want to live and work in France for 3-6 months. How can I do this?
I think that your best bet is to talk to someone at the French Embassy. As I understand it, your UK Ancestry Visa allows you to live and work here in the UK for a period but without granting you citizenship rights. As a UK citizen, I can work in France if I can get a job but you need a visa. If you’re student age, I’m sure this will be possible. If you’re older, it might be harder to attain.
Good luck!
