Fuengirola Property Overview of Spanish Hot Properties in July 2009

2009 has been exciting year for Now to the Spanish property market the property Fuengirola market has been different. In a large area on the construction and low prices Fuengirola still has an attraction all its own hot according to Spanish Properties and marketing operations manager Susan Hang.

"The first thing to understand about the housing market is Fuengirola own area. Fuengirola is located conveniently between the two super stations of the Costa del Sol, Marbella and Torremolinos, with easy access to their respective departments. In terms development (high-rise housing and dozens of bars and tourist shops) that has more in common with the latter, while not as loud or brash, and much of the adjacent part of Los Boliches, Costa del Sol in the rules, virgin. Most tourists arrive in Fuengirola for its long stretch of fine golden beaches. Having started his life as a fishing village and the coastal fortress, Fuengirola is becoming one of the most popular international destinations of Spain's famous Costa del Sol With nearly 320 days of sunshine a year, a rich and interesting history, and plenty to see and do, people around the world are flocking to the town of Fuengirola and its suburbs. They absorb the sun, swim and enjoy a relaxing holiday. Or, sometimes, a new relaxed lifestyle. Because many visitors to Fuengirola love it so much that they decide to buy Fuengirola property and … Stay. And not really be blamed. Once you've slept in one of the sandy beaches of Fuengirola, is hard to imagine not wanting to stay. Today, of the 60,000 or so people currently registered in Fuengirola, 25% of them are foreigners from other countries – people who came to visit and decided to make a life here. Most of them come from European countries, mostly from the UK and Finland. There is a large international community is rich and there are many local programs, groups and activities for expatriates – especially the English, Irish, and Scots. Foreigners living in Fuengirola get the best of both worlds: gorgeous Spanish time, a rich local culture and a sense of connection and have all the comforts of home. Even for people the UK and elsewhere in Europe with the families, it is difficult to get the same education for their children who were at home. While there are private schools are relatively few in Fuengirola yes, there are many high quality private (and state) schools within walking distance of the city. Many of these schools offer a curriculum-winning British prizes, and children who attend are taught in a bilingual environment. One of the most famous is the Paseo Marítimo Fuengirola, the beautiful promenade long along the beach. With seven miles of beach in Fuengirola, the promenade is one of the longest in Spain. To make it even more attractive, the city council recently launched a program to renovate the entire area, extending the boardwalk, planting trees and flowers, and creating a lot of attractions places to sit and enjoy the area. This program runs through Fuengirola, and the entire town has benefited rally. A very powerful reason for moving people around Fuengirola is because there is much to do there. Unlike some of the smaller cities out of the way now trying to attract more residents foreigners, Fuengirola is a cosmopolitan city that can cater to all tastes, regardless of nationality. For those who live in Fuengirola with a family, there are water parks, Fuengirola Zoo, lots of beautiful beaches and of course, shopping at the mall miramar fuengirola. And for relaxing or retire in Fuengirola, there are golf courses, restaurants wonderful international, and a large and welcoming community, both Spanish and foreign. Fuengirola is most defo worth watching closely. "Susan explained.

So what is the real estate market as in Fuengirola and there is some real estate deals to be had. "Well, if you asked me two weeks ago we had I always try the best of 30 apartments in El Coto Fuengirola outside for an incredible price of € 115,000 which were sold very quickly, but in reality its very difficult Fuengirola buy anything decent under € 180,000 made that deal too good and some of our clients who were too slow lost. "Said Susana ..
