I forgot to stick air mail sticker on letter to Ireland from UK but added the correct postage for air mail?
I went to post office to send letter to Ireland from london and the staff forgot to stick the air mail sticker but had the correct postage on letter for air mail. But if there is no air mail sticker despite correct air mail postage, what happens???? Does it come back to undelivered address or is it sent by surface mail?? if it is sent by surface mail, how long will it take to reach Ireland.

It will be fine as long as you have paid the postage. i never put Airmail stickers on my letters to uk and they always get there.
