Most people in the genealogy are pleased to find the date and place of birth of one of their ancestors and even find it more exciting to realize who their parents were. To write 3-5 pages on one of his ancestors, the best thing to do is get as much information from a living relative who has memories of his grandfather or great-grandfather and obtain information from them. The only other way to get to 3-5 pages is if you know of a particular ancestor, which was very important and well known. Now, probably somewhere in your family tree and ancestors are, everyone does, but you find them by researching your family tree family starting with yourself and work back one generation at a time. May be it will take 10 years to find such ancestor. I am 72 years and I could tell a lot of family about some of my uncles and aunts. I also knew that my paternal grandmother. My other grandparents were already dead when he was born or died shortly after I was born. In fact, you may interview several elders in your family and can reach some good ideas. Otherwise do something. I'd love to tell my father's great-grandchildren one day about it. He had to be the man of the house at age 13 when his father died of burns from an explosion at an oil refinery. One Once a guy said something about a woman ", that sure is ugly." He later apologized and told my dad taught him that he would never speak of a woman. If we were visiting the house and talk ladies became contempt of another woman, he got up quietly and leave the room. He was an avid gardener, had Azael, roses, lilies day amaryllas, irises that look like orchids. During the Second World War, we had a victory garden in the back and turn their crops each year. Once removed the back seat of a car and brought some fresh sheep manure. My mother almost died. When he died, I had a clean man the garage and took three truckloads of bed nothing but trash, trash. It seemed Sanford and Son. However, every time something broke in the house or car, he could go to the garage and find exactly what I needed to fix anything that Fixin necessary. He took care of my sick mother for many years. Later had Alzheimer's disease. Whenever she had to go to hospital, was constantly at his side. You see older family members and many would like to share memories. I could say I am shocked to discover a teacher assigned something, but we get questions all the time children with school assignments incredible how to ask to find a family crest. " There is no such thing. The ridge is part of a coat of arms and coats of arms do not belong to all people with a particular surname. Sometimes say they need, for example, five-generation family tree for Monday. When we see that we are not really sure if the teacher asked them actually do what the student is to announce, in his question or not. Most of us regulars on this forum are astonished to see these questions. Now if meant that you do not have to hand it to the end of the year, probably could get some information on the movements of his family to the U.S. Interviewing a family member and discover its role in U.S. history, you may be able to do, but you may need to interview several to get 4-6 pages. There a lot of websites with family trees. You may find some of the lines of his family but can not assume that what you find is correct. All family trees submitted by people like you and me. They are not documented or poorly documented. Even when you see the same information several times by many users different in no way guarantees that it is correct. Many people copy without verifying. There is no way the web site owners can verify what is being published by all subscribers. You can make a family tree and put it in one of those websites and not even know or care. If you want, print what I am posting here and put it on the desk of his teacher. You might feel more comfortable doing so when she is out of the class.
