How can anyone live to become a centenarian?
Active Lifestyle? Healthy diet? No Stress? Good genetics? Even more rare someone super centenarians among 110 + something only achieved in 1000 a century old! The oldest person in this recall Jeanne Calment (a competitor 122 years old) put his longevity to cigarettes, port wine, chocolate and olive oil. Note: I had good genetics. Will I be able to live to be centenarians some day also? All my ancestors killed about 60?
