Can our new puppy to be AKC registered and / or CCC?

We have been looking to add a puppy to our family of five, and decided to buy a week old Cocker Spaniel puppy 10. It was important to find a full breed dog, but saw her and loved her. He bought a family who owns the mother what was her first litter. The owners have already had his vet check, 2 photographs (to be third this week), short tail, and dew claw removed. I am very familiar with with the documents and how the work kennel clubs. I have copies of family trees for both parents, a story long enough for the father. The owners thought I was capable of registration as both AKC and CKC because the father is AKC (California spotted Regina) and mother is CKC (buff only says Cocker). Is this right? I have been reading other messages to the two clubs, and it looks like is much better than AKC CKC. It seems more reliable and have a better story. I do have a way to fill the CKC, but I try to have AKC registered place and why? Thanks!

If you mean the Canadian Kennel Club CKC the mother can registered with the AKC. Then the garbage has to be registered. You can then register your puppy. Both parents must be AKC registered. If it means CKC Continental Kennel Club register is useless and dogs can not be registered with the AKC or any record of good reputation. If your Kennel Club Dog mainland is essentially non-registered and the puppies should not sell more than $ One hundred each. 75 USD would be quite suitable.
